You can lose all the money you trade. Binary options are high-risk products, and most retail traders lose money on them. They are banned or restricted for retail clients in many countries. You are responsible for checking that trading them is legal where you live.
The signals have no proven edge. Signals come from an AI model reading recent price candles. The model can be wrong, slow or unavailable. At an 85% payout you must win more than 54% of trades just to break even, and no strategy here has been shown to do that. Past results, including backtests, do not predict future results.
Not financial advice. Smarty is a research tool. Nothing it shows is a recommendation to trade. Smarty is not a broker, does not hold your money, and is not licensed or regulated as an investment adviser.
Your broker's terms apply. Many brokers forbid automated trading and reserve the right to cancel such trades, change payouts, or close accounts. Smarty is not affiliated with any broker and cannot recover funds a broker withholds.
Demo accounts only. User accounts receive signals for demo (practice) broker accounts only. Live-account requests are refused.
Your broker login stays with you. You sign in to your broker inside the Smarty browser on your own computer. Your broker password is never sent to this server. The server receives price candles, the signals it issued and the results your browser reports, linked to your Smarty account.
Results are estimates. Trade outcomes on your dashboard are calculated from the price feed, not read from your broker, and may differ from your broker's records.
No warranty. The service and software are provided "as is", without any guarantee that they work correctly or continuously. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using them. Your account may be suspended or closed at any time.
